Now that you have been working from home during this “shelter in place” situation….. You may have noticed some areas in your home that might need attention. Perhaps it’s your background for Zoom calls?

A simple way to create an affordable gallery wall in your home (that would also be a great Zoom backdrop) is to select photos from your travels; have them printed in various sizes and get them framed!

As part of this recent project, our client wanted her office space to provide her with feelings of joy when she worked from home.

We worked together to select photos from her travels that were congruent in color. We had the photos printed in three different sizes (3x5, 5x7 and 8x10). We then selected two different frame styles for visual interest.

Interior Design: Before & After Bathroom Remodel

My clients have two young daughters and needed this bathroom to more efficient with storage and space. They wanted a timeless design in their 100 year old home that would transition with the girls as they grow from playing in the bathtub as toddlers, to maximizing space needed for makeup, hairdryers, etc as they become teenagers.

There is nothing like spending time in a happy and bright space that brings joy. This family loves to use their dining room for weekly ‘family game nights’ and theme parties as well as hosting their friends for dinner. I’m excited to share the details of the transformation!

Interior Design: A Pretty Place for Reading

In this project, in Orinda, Ca., I was tasked with coming up with a design solution for a landing space at the top of a stairwell. It was a space that was too small for a loveseat and chairs, and too big and open to use as a home office.
