Welcome!  I've been trying to figure out how I can shout to the rooftops about some of the great home decor and interior design finds that I come across on a weekly basis either online or by shopping my favorite home stores in the East Bay and San Francisco......so, I've decided to create a new blog series called "Fantastic Finds".  And today is the first installment!

Furniture Find:

I used this affordable fluffy bench in the design in the first photo, and since then, I've been absolutely in love!  It mixes well with traditional and transitional furnishings and holds its own with elegant style!

It retails for under $300 and is available at Amazon.com.

Loving this artful pillow that can work well in both a traditional and modern designed room:

Art Find:

I have the pleasure of owning a piece from this fabulous artist.  His name is Rob Delamater and he is a co-owner of Lost Art Salon in San Francisco.  (One of my favorite art galleries in the Bay Area!)

'Skyline with Pink', $645, available at Serena and Lily.

Decorative Find:

I saw this pink bath mat and it made me smile!  It would look so fresh in a white bathroom!

Tribal Bath Mat; $60, available at Furbish Studio.

And that's it for this week!  If you live in the East Bay (East of San Francisco) and need help styling your space with artful objects or arranging what you have, I offer a Quick Style service to help you make your home beautiful!

Thanks for stopping by!

Interior Design: Before & After Bathroom Remodel

My clients have two young daughters and needed this bathroom to more efficient with storage and space. They wanted a timeless design in their 100 year old home that would transition with the girls as they grow from playing in the bathtub as toddlers, to maximizing space needed for makeup, hairdryers, etc as they become teenagers.

There is nothing like spending time in a happy and bright space that brings joy. This family loves to use their dining room for weekly ‘family game nights’ and theme parties as well as hosting their friends for dinner. I’m excited to share the details of the transformation!

Interior Design: A Pretty Place for Reading

In this project, in Orinda, Ca., I was tasked with coming up with a design solution for a landing space at the top of a stairwell. It was a space that was too small for a loveseat and chairs, and too big and open to use as a home office.
